Under roof seems to be a common term in the home building business. From what I have gathered it is most important when building in inclement weather. You know like the middle of January. However due to greater carbon emmissions we have had an unseasonably warm winter so far (Gore, An Inconvienient Truth, 2006). I personally think it's great, keep pumping out the Carbon Dioxide baby.
